Question - Are there any charges for registration?
Answer - There are no charges for registration on www.chokirlabel.com.

Answer - No, a secure registration never expires.

DELIVERY
Question - What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?
Answer - Courier companies usually call the customer to check their availability. In case the delivery fails, the order can be re-dispatched after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.

Question - Can I change the shipping address of the order?
Answer - Yes, you can change the shipping address before your order gets shipped. Kindly contact our Customer Support team immediately to ensure it is changed before the dispatch.

Question - How do I return a product?
Answer - Kindly read the Return Policy section under RETURNS & EXCHANGE.

Question - Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?
Answer - No. You have to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

Question - How can I track my order?
Answer - You will receive an email with courier details once your order is dispatched from our facility. You can track your order status using the same details on the respective courier partner’s website.

Question - What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
Answer - We deliver within 6-7 business days.

Question - What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?
Answer - If the wrong order has been delivered to you, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Question - How do I make a payment?
Answer - We accept Master Card, Visa credit, Pay Pal, debit and other credit cards. We also have an option of net banking and cash on delivery for order where shipping address is India.

Question - What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
Answer - We do not store/retain your credit card information. If you suspect any such activity, please get in touch with your bank immediately.

Question - What happens if the merchandise ordered is out of stock?
Answer - If the product you ordered is out of stock, you will be informed immediately and we will refund the full amount in your account.

Question - Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?
Answer - No, there’s no limit.

Question - Can I cancel an order?
Answer - Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially within 24 hours of placing the order. You may get in touch with our Customer Support team to take further steps.

Question - What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
Answer - If you notice that your order is damaged or tampered with, kindly refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the courier personnel with the original packaging material. Request you contact our Customer Support team immediately; we would be more than happy to exchange the garment for you.
